In 1949, Hans J Wegner designed his iconic CH24 Wishbone Chair. It takes more than 100 operations to make a Wishbone chair, most of them by hand. This chair enjoys international recognition, and has been described as "the ideal chair that brings the essence of contemporary Danish design".
