Designer of the Year is an initiative of Knack Weekend and Le Vif Weekend. With the award, they have been putting Belgian design talent in the spotlight since 2006, with winners including Alain Berteau, Muller Van Severen, Vincent Van Duysen.... This year Knack Weekend and Le Vif Weekend join forces with Flanders DC/For The Now, Design Market and Design Nation, with the support of MAD, CID Grand Hornu, Design Museum Gent, WBDM, Wonder & Covered.
The award ceremony will take place on 23/09. The winner will also exhibit at Design Nation and be interviewed by a Knack Weekend journalist.
